The packaging machine group Ima Dairy & Nutrient has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Intecma based in Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona.
Intecma was previously owned by the managing partner, Manuel Gonzalez, who founded the company 30 years ago. The company is mainly well established in southern Europe and the Maghreb countries.
